The effects of Covid-19 are still with us and just when we thought things were going to get better then the war on Ukraine started. Ukraine is one of the biggest exporters of wheat, maize, rye, barley and other agricultural products so economists are predicting an increase in basic food prices as a result of the war.
 
Other factors that are going to increase the cost of living are

1. Petrol price increases which can only get worse for us as a result of the challenges at Sapref
2. Increases in the price of electricity
3. Increases in interest rates

So if you are in debt, do not delay to get out. Do your best to start investing for the most important things in your life and the education of our children is important.
